Sending copy of ESA50 to BDC was created by s.jmoore@blueyonder.co.uk
A very quick question, I'm about to send off my completed ESA50 and I've seen on here that you should send a copy of the form plus letters etc to the benefit delivery centre thats dealing with my claim at the same time.
Who/what do I address it to? Do I Just address it as 'The Benefit delivery centre' then the rest of the address that appears on all my claims? Is that enough?

Nothing on this board constitutes legal advice - always consult a professional about specific problems

You might want to mark it for the attention of the Decision Maker, but otherwise the address is fine.A very quick question, I'm about to send off my completed ESA50 and I've seen on here that you should send a copy of the form plus letters etc to the benefit delivery centre thats dealing with my claim at the same time.

Thanks for that. Will they not think it odd that I've sent a photocopy to them?

I know this sounds a little pathetic, but why am I doing this again? I still don't quite understand why you need to send them a copy too?

There is a lot less reason to send a copy of your ESA50 to the DWP than there used to be, so you should not feel obliged to do so.I know this sounds a little pathetic, but why am I doing this again? I still don't quite understand why you need to send them a copy too?
