Hi can anyone tell me what the process is and the time scale with regard to the DWP if you win your tribunal case. Their is so much great news about people winning but not about the follow on process. What happens next ? Many thanks

Quite simply the DWP should make payment (including the arrears) of the relevant benefit as soon as they receive the summary decision notice from the appeal tribunal, unless they are considering an appeal on a point of law to the Upper Tribunal.
