esa50

im filling in an esa 50 form so i can try to get perpared for when the time comes. it will be on mental health grounds. My first query is on the boxes you have to tick if there is no simple yes box, would usually be the altenative?
In the going out section Can you go places you know if someone is with you, i only go to gp or psychiatrist appointments, do not go anywhere else, does this count as a yes or because they are appointment i have to attend and not for recreation could i say no.
This form is so hard to understand it is like a dla form thats encrypted, before i can fill it in i have to work out what they are even asking. Is it ok to just fill the form in as u would dla.
