Hi I have just won my ESA appeal. I thank you so much for your support its been over 15 months since my medical.
I never told them hardly anything about my problems when I went for the intial medical I was just not in the right frame of mind. Even the Judge on the day said because you never told anyone about your condition it would be very difficult for you to get ESA. Even the Doctor was saying things to me like I was in rage on the day. I wasnt in a rage I was very polite. I dont think the Doctor even believed me about my condition. The Doctor was talking over me and didnt allow me to put my full side of the story as well. The Doctor also spoke over me and wanted to ask my mum about my condition. The Judge had to intervene and say "with the permission of your mum". My mum was going to say something but didnt I told her not to talk throughout the process. I tried to keep as polite as possible. I have anxiety Disorder and Osteomalacia. The Doctor on the day didnt fully understand anxiety disorder, but the Judge did alittle better. All I can say is that no matter what your condition never give up.
Thank you so much benefits and work for your excellent advice and keep up the excellent work!
What happens now I think I will have to go for another medical but when?

  			 				Hi Jason

Congratulations on winning your appeal. I'm afraid it's anyone's guess when you will be next reassessed. Hopefully it will not be too soon and you will be well prepared.

Good luck
