Dates to get form in by

Just a quick question really. When they say an appeal has to be in by the date your award letter was issued, does that mean that it has to be in the day before, or do you have the day itself?

Hi JM,

You have one month from the date of the award, to submit an appeal.

Any such appeal using GL24, should be back with the DWP before the expiry of this one month period.

Thanks, so If the date on the award letter was the 23rd of last month then it has to be with them on the 22nd?

It should arrive back at the DWP office on or before the month anniversary date.
