I've been given conflicting advice by the DWP, I understand that ESA WRAG contribution based will be limited to 12 months after April 2012. I am concerned about what happens afterwards.
I have been told that you can apply for income related ESA once the time limit is up. However I have been told on one hand that the means testing takes into account everyone that lives under the same household e.g including siblings who work, and on the other hand I have been told that they only take into account income from a partner/couple/spouse. So which is it?

It's your partner, should you have one, for ESA.
