ESA decision -makers , advice. was created by stephano
What is the best advice for me?
I've been placed in the work-related group.
but have asked for the decision to be reviewd.
What is my best next step?...if the decision stays the same?

Nothing on this board constitutes legal advice - always consult a professional about specific problems

Hi S,
As it would seem that you have already requested a reconsideration of the WRAG decision, you would have to wait for the result of the review.
Once you receive the result, you will then have the option of appealing.
You may wish to prepare for this eventuality by reading the FAQs from this link. :
www.benefitsandwork.co.uk/forum?func=vie...id=10&id=70444#70444
You will see there is a section on Appeals, and on ESA.
There is also a long thread on appeals here. :

If you then have any general questions please return to the forum.

HELLO AGAIN,
can you reply to my question..."what are the support group
descriptors" exactly...meaning , please
type what they are, word for word ,into the reply..which will save my weary brain
hours of searching. Thanks. This will
help me with my GL 24, when it arrives!
