Hi Bubbles
You shouldn't need to pay for a report from your neurologist. They will send your GP a copy of the clinical report from your last visit and the admin office at your surgery will give you a photocopy if you ask. There should not be a charge for this. At my local hospital they are now asking patients if they want copies of medical reports sent to them direct after a consultation as well as to the GP. You sign a form when you go for your appintment. I don't know if this is happening everywhere. My husband has had a stroke and I have every single report from every hospital visit. I have not had to pay for any of them. Good luck with this.

Well I got the user friendly phone call today from a Jobcentreplus ( in Canterbury according to the number when I googled it) This despite me living in North West England. The guy was clearly reading from a script and seemd in a hurry to get of the phone asap.
The one question i did ask was how loong the whole process was likely to take from ESA 50 being returned to possible medical to decision. he said in his experience about 6 months , which i seriously doubt. I did tell him i was in Lancashire but I suspect he is quoting average processing times either natioanlyy or for the kent area where he was..
I look forward to the ESA 50 now. Anyone have any idea how long after the phone call that will arrive as there seem to eb no set rules and/or timescales?

No worries TCP Like I say I think times very nationwide and there seem to be no set rules and timescales... I am as wel prepared as any for the process and will be glad once it's up and running , as like many the stress of all the drip fed bad benefits news over the last year especially is draining
