Medical Report Only?

I didn't get scoring sheet or anything else just the medical report. Is this normal?
Whilst I have been transferred from IB to ESA and from reading report unlikely to be reassessed for a year I can see how if I had got a doctor who just didn't get my situation I would have been appealing as from the report I can see I have only scored in two sections (walking and sitting/standing)and I feel I could have scored in several other sections so if this doctor who did understand hasn't thought I should score in those other sections with someone else I would have been appealing!! It really does show just how poor this latest "assessment system" is.

If I remember correctly smc you are dealing with Glasgow same as me? I had the same problems! I got my ESA85 after a couple of weeks but nothing else and I particularly wanted to know my prognosis so I had to write to them 4 times before I got anything else. The forth time I wrote to them I sent the letter by recorded/registered delivery and I wrote on it that if they didn't respond this time I would put in a SAR. I received my ESA85a (it had prognosis on it) and ESA113 2 days later, but I still put in a SAR just incase they missed anything! But not received it yet!
Yes I am Glasgow!
I got the medical report which is the ESA85. What other documents should they have sent me?
The prognosis bit, is it not in the ESA85? I am sure mine says something about 12 months in it.
Another thing I wondered about, I mentioned in my first post about concern as to only being awarded points in two sections, the first two. I know if you go to an appeal they work through the sections and once you have reached the 15 points they don't bother going any further, surely they don't do this with the medicals? They can't can they as the doctors don't decide the points you are awarded do they?

I'm not sure exactly how many documents you are supposed to get, but I got both ESA85 and ESA85A (prognosis was on it) They told me you don't get an ESA65 unless you fail.
Sorry I can't help with your question about the way they point. The first time I had a medical I scored 15 between the last 2 questions and was put into WRAG. The medical lasted about an hour. The second medical lasted about 10 minutes and I was put into support and when I got the ESA85 there was no points for any of the questions (they weren't mentioned at all), just justification why I should be in support.

Anyone else able to tell me what other papers I should have got along with the ESA85?
