Re applying for ESA50 after 8 months

Please help!! Has anyone else had to fill out & re apply for ESA after it has been granted?????????? I was granted ESA Support group status 8 months ago.

Hi, I had to send another ESA50 in, in September.

My brains gone to sleep but I think I won my appeal about 10 months ago.

Thanks for your reply Gordon. I'm absolutely devastated I have to go through all that again especially this time of year. I honestly thought they'd give me a year with all my medical problems, upcoming surgeries etc.

You are not alone in this. Having been placed in the WRAG for 12 months following a reassesment I was moved from the WRAG to the Support Group & 3 months later have been sent another ESA50 03/11 to complete!!
What a nightmare this system is us all.
Try not to worry too much - if you have a copy of your previous ESA50 just update it to show if any changes or not & send it back.

Has ESA50 form changed since last time? The PDF file now makes sense as once done just change any changes, print, sign and send.
