The dreaded call! was created by Lyn
Had the dreaded call from ATOS last night to arrange a medical, for my transfer from IB to ESA.

It was well gone seven, and I certainly didn't expect a call then!

Also thought that there would have been a longer timespan between my form going in and the medical - makes me feel doomed already!

Yes, it is their standard practice, they will only write if they have been unable to make contact by phone.

Hi L,

Yes it is, you should be given at least 7 days notice, unless you agree to have one at shorter notice.

Just so you know, you dont have to give the dwp your phone number, you can ask them to contact you in other formats. :cheer:
