when this new pip ( personal independant payment )comes into force can i ask does it include if your award for dla is indefinate? thanks in advance x

There is as yet no definite date as to when DLA will be abolished and replaced with PIP.

All those of working age ( 16 to 64 years of age) will be reassessed between 2013 to 2016.

The fact that you have an indefinite award for DLA does not mean that tho will be the same for PIP. Many parts of the Welfare Reform Bill on abolishing DLA and repaving it with PIP have yet to be discussed by Parliament.
