Hello, at what stage of claiming for dla are gp's involved?
If you've completed your form correctly often the DWP may not contact your GP, so it's important that you see him/her soon and let them know you've applied for DLA.
Make sure your GP is fully aware of your condition and how it effects your mobility and/or care needs.
