DLA REVIEW

hi
sent my dla back for a review due to changes in my care.

i was on lrc, and now they have sent it back unchanged with the reason as

you need help to
get in and out of bed
wash and dry yourself
dress and undress
eat and drink
prevent neglecting yourself

you need help with your personal care from someone for about an hour and not several times right throughout the day

surely if i need this level of care does this care not go on throughout the day

what is the criteria for middle rate care
I am going to ask them to look at the decision again so any help would be helpful
