Please can anyone tell me how long they have waited for a response from the DWP ?
I sent a letter of re-consideration & medical evidence,on the 12th of Dec 2011, as my health/Mental health has deteriorated since my Tribunal Sept 2010.I thought that they would just need to send me ESA50 again, or another relevant form to fill out, so they can make re-consider my situation.
But as it's been 5 weeks now,it doesnt look like anything is happening
I did ask them to reply in writing, as i suffer with significant Anxiety disorder, and i get very nervous over the telephone.
Has anyone else experienced this ?
