Yes, I'm convinced that many of the staff haven't a clue what they are doing. If it wasn't so stressful and upsetting then I would laugh my head off!

Hi

Have the same thought. If you worked for an employer who continued to ignore your health in the way the DWP seem to do i am sure there would be legal grounds for redress. Is a government dept above the law in this matter?
