Hi Just to update you re; my post last week.
Today I had a phone call from DWP, I had sent a written complaint (registered), to the Area Manager for the DWP who are dealing with my esa. I was told that my case would be investigated, had an apology
and also told (that when I ring it is not the DWP who answer the phone, but an agency)?. was given the name of the agency
not sure whether I should mention it here,? Was told that she would also be looking into the way my phone calls were handled, and why I have been given such conflicting information.
Anyway, just to emphasise that if you are unhappy with the service you receive, COMPLAIN in writing. best wishes.
