hi, sent the claim form back to dla only last wk not even had the letter saying they had recieved it and my hubby got a letter threw this morning asking him to fill in some questions regarding his epilepsy , is this the normal procedure now not experianced this before , he also has arthrits but the questions were related to his fits thanks in advance
