Hi! I recently attended Tribunual to appeal against being put in lower mobility rate from higher but tribunual was stopped after 30 minutes. Tribunual have refered me for full DWP (presume Atos) medical. Does anyone know how long it will be before medical and also how to get proper notice of medical as I have a friend who I want to attend and he will need notice to be able to attend.

I'm afraid I don't know how long a medical will take to arrange, but believe it will be sooner rather than later.

It is most likely they will try to arrange the appointment over the phone with confirmation in writing. You should receive at least 7 days notice.
