I have just received a copy of the ATOS report ESA85A to the DWP (no medical). It says that it has used evidence from ESA50 and Med 3. I know what the ESA50 is (I filled it in!) but what is a Med 3? It certainly isn't something that I have had sight of. Who gives it and where does it come from? I am writing to them soon so I would love an early answer.

A Med-3 is a GP issued Fit Note, if recent, or Sick Note, if issued several years ago.I have just received a copy of the ATOS report ESA85A to the DWP (no medical).
