Disability Working Tax Credit Premium!

I am claiming ESA, WRAG group and have built up to nearly 12 hours a week at work on the permitted work option. My permitted work 52 week limit will end at the end of October 2012. My adviser at the job centre hopes I can do 16 hours then and come off ESA and she will get me on the WTC disability premium. The thing is, is anyone else on this, how does it work and do you have to attend any medicals to claim it like ESA?
Many thanks

If you follow the TCTM02510 link from the link in my previous post, it describes each of the qualifying cases, these are all based on the claimnat receiving/having received specific benefits and/or premiums.I too am interested in this but have struggled to find the information within the link as to wether or not you would have to face Atros for a medical?

It would seem this side of things will vanish with the implementation of Universal Credit?
From what I have read on this site there will be no disabled working premium.
