esa/ib transfer "courtesy" call was created by Jimmy
I received my call from DWP after my information letter regarding transfer. I was amazed when after the usual identity and explanation of the process he asked me if I had mobility problems. I said yes and he asked me what they were. I told him I would put all the necessary information on my form.
Has anyone else had this? Why would he ask? He is not entitled surely!

Haven't heard of them straying from the script before. Can't see what the value would be either as I think the call is done by a group employed just to make the calls.

I've not read about it before either. So glad I had read some of the forums here to give me the confidence to refuse to answer.
