Hi
First thanks to Bro58 for your reply & info. What i would like to know is: i suspect that ATOS were taking evidence from a very outdated MED3 according to the ESA85A Med report,maybe 8 years old which is totally out of order, my conditions have got a lot worse since then! I have requested by letter to DWP Access Request under the data protection Act 1998 which i got from this site and a very well set out letter to may i add,! to have a copy sent to me, if i do have to appeal after the DWP have reconsidered would this MED3 come with the bundle the DWP send out as evidence to me? and if the MED3 is as i suspect 8 years old this would surely go in my favour wouldn't it? if after the DWP have reconsidered, and the outcome goes in my favour i.e.into the SG could i still get a copy of this MED3 after? it is really eating away at me and would love to see this document and hopefully make others aware on this site if it is correct what i suspect.

You should be able to gain copy of the MED3 in question, if you have made a SAR to the DWP.
