Why didn't the WCA doctor give me a physical exam?

I'm claiming WCA on the grounds of physical health (CFS/ME) and mental health (depression). At the WCA I saw a doctor and she put me in the support group without examining me physically. How come?

Firstly congratulations on gaining entry to the SG of ESA.

The examing ATOS "Doctor" can curtail an assessment if they feel that the claimant clearly qualifies for entry to the SG, without having to carry out the full assessment.

This has happened with other members, and seems to be what has happened in your case.
