Appealing to be placed in support group from WRAG using help from this site. Saw welfare rights officer to look over my appeal. She informed me that the first thing I need to do was make sure I sent in fit notes regularly. She also said I would receive an immediate new ESA50 form. As already in WRAG I believe I do not have to send in fit notes. I was very worried after this meeting and dont think she gave me the right facts.

You are correct in thinking that you do not have to send in Fit Notes when appealing from the WRAG to the Support Group.
Nor would I expect you to receive an ESA50 as a result of your appealing, especially if doing so with the one month normally allowed to submit an appeal, as the DWP cannot begin a new assessment process within three months of the completion of the previous one.
