Is it ok to send copies of hospital appiontments from the various depts. as supporting evidence.Also letter of my day to day difficulties. Is a GPs letter the best evidence.

You can send anything you like in the way of supporting evidence. The 'best' evidence is the one that makes the best job of backing up your claim, especially in relation to the descriptors.

Thanks Mrs H. I asked my GP for letter.Was told that with all due respect to me he is only writing letters when approached from one of the Welfare Rights groups as its not physically possible to deal with all the requests he is having.DWP have said to send in supporting evidence before claim is looked at again and then on to appeal if decision can't be changed. I will try to put my own case forward
