Thought I should post this as it may help others.
Migrated from IB and placed in WRAG last September. I only ever had one Atos medical and one interview with the Job Centre. I have been totally ignored everytime I put anything in writing. Virtually impossible to get anywhere by phone. I did manage to get a copy of the Atos report which stated that I am unfit for work for at least 2 years and most likely given my conditions that I would remain so for the foreseable.

I asked for a review of the decision to be put into the support group. NO REPLY. I wrote again one month later NO REPLY. This has gone on and on. As my time in the wrag group is running out I tried again to make contact. I have had 2 operations this year one spinal and one right hand. My numerous medical conditions will never get better.

Today I receive a phone call telling me that I am to be put into the support group for 6 months. No medical. I reckon it is some form of compensation because I have been lost in the system. DWP have no idea where my files have been or which department they had been sent to.

So.... anyone thinking that there are hold ups and massive queue's, waiting times for tribunals etc, I would advise not to wait for your benefit to run out but be persistant in getting through to DWP.

If it wasn't for the help that I have received from this group, my ESA (CB) would no doubt of ran out. Dare say that DWP would know how to contact me then! ;)
