dla tribunal was created by louise
wow today I had my dla tribunal was only in there for 5 minutes and they had made a decesion for my first dla claim in 2011 may which got turned down .well i got awarded what i get now hrm but i told them i got lowrate care which is wrong i get mrc do you think i should let them know straight away its getting back dated from may2011 to feb 2012 . xxxx

Forgive me but I am not sure what you are asking.
Are you saying that you told the Tribunal you get LRC when you actually get MRC?
What did they actually award you?
What was your appeal for, no care at all or LRC?

i'm not sure what i'm asking erm what i mean is that i told them that i have been awarded from end feb 2012 hrm and low rate care when infact its mrc they bsaid that i will be awarded the same as what i get now but i didnt have my paper work for my recent claim so my husband told them i get low rate care and thats what it says on my decision notice , just wanted to know if i should tell them that i made a mistake in what rates i get or will they check with dla .

Yes, you need to contact the Clerk to the Tribunal as soon as possible.
If the Decision notice says LRC then that is all that the DWP will pay you for the period.
Hopefully they can get this sorted quite quickly and you can receive the full amount of your back payments.

okay will contact them first thing in the morning is that the place where i had my hearing today or is it the tribunal services in birmingham that i need to contact
