ESA50 questionnaire still hasn't turned up

I know this is silly but I received the initial 'phone call' from DWP to advise me that the questionnaire would be sent out shortly on August 3rd. It still hasn't come and when I rang today to chase it up they didn't seem to know what I was talking about - there was nothing on the system!
Has this happened to anybody else?

I had my phone call on 19th June.

I phoned them on 2nd July and 19th July, It had still not been sent out to me.

I was advised by the office that I do not need to keep calling as once it is in the system it will happen.

I still a bit unsure of the situation.

The worry about just sitting and waiting is that your ESA can be stopped if the forms are not returned to DWP on time. If they never reached you (lost in post, for instance) you would not know anything until you suddenly found that the money had not been paid into your bank!

It would be the wise to contact ATOS regarding the ESA50 not arriving within the expected time perameters.

I would also put something in writing, and send copy by recorded delivery, to the DWP at the benefits office that deals with your benefits, and ATOS, at your nearest ATOS office.

There have been cases where claimant's benefits have been stopped because they have failed to return their ESA50, even though the ESA50 never arrived by post.

Better to be safe than sorry.

I spoke to theDWP today and they informed me an ESA50 has not been sent out tome, he did mentuon a back log.

Said he would email ATOS to inform them.
