Hi everyone just got my ESA50(03/11)today,in the past it has always been my local office or a office within our region,which has dealt with the claims, however this this time its a office with is over 100 mile away is this the norm? I am halfway through reading the guides and they are very useful but no-doubt i will stuck at some point,where it says does anybody else help with care support or treatment i have noticed there is no option for spouse,could you add this in? Thank you for any advice!
1) Don't worry about the fact that the ofice dealing with your claim seems to be 100 miles away.
2) You can put whatever you like on the form. You need to make the form work for you, rather than trying to fit your condition into DWP's little boxes!
