DLA Medical in morning - terrrified

Hi, I am really nervous about my DLA medical in the morning. Doctors coming between 9am-1pm, I thought that they had to give a 2 hour time slot not 4 ? What should I be aware of ? as in doc looking around my house or rushing me or questions that under mind my state of health ?
IS it better to have someone with me or ask my mum to take kids out for a while ?
What if forget to tell the doc something ? I get fibro fog.

Please help am terrified it will go wrong.
