Just to let you all know. I was asked to attend a medical for esa recently, i asked for it to be recorded only to be told they would cancel my appointment and call me again in a few weeks when they do have recording equipment sometime in September to re-arrange medical. Yet today i've received a letter to say i've been place in wrag group, when i rang to complain that i haven't yet had a medical so how do they know i should be in this group, they said they've decided now to just base it on the forms i filled in and forget the medical. I have been for over 5 medicals for incapacity benefit and been told unfit for work each time, yet all of a sudden because i ask for recording equipment as advised on this site, i'm suddenly fit. Does anyone have any advice on this, is it worth me appealing or could they say i'm not entitled to esa altogether?
