PIP re:motability

Hi
Does it mean that the PIP mobility test requires the new upper (2nd)level of 12 points to be eligible for Motability vehicle?

What would happen if you were in the middle of a motability lease which is 3 years and you did,nt get the 12 points required would the car have to go back straight away or is it to early to know about this yet.

As I understand it, the vehicle would be removed 1 month after the HRM DLA/PIP ended (which is what is happening currently).
