transfer incapabscity benefit contributary to esa

i transferred from IB cont to SSA CONT 6th oct 2012 without medical.H have been given no review wothin two years due to osteomyelytis,cicatricial pemphigoid,asthma,diabetes,immune system deficiency,minor heart problem and reumatoid arthritis.I end details of my occupational pension to DWP but since noticeD from your understanding ESA guides updeted March 2012 that there is no mention of exclusion under ESA of High Rate DLA CARE which dwp have not taken accountof.Am i therefore still entitled to no deduction ESA for Occupational Pension because of my High RATE DLA CARE

Thank you Mrs Hurtyback for your reply regarding occupational pensions and transitional arrangements.This makes a huge difference for myself and my wife financially,and we can both relax for a while now until DLA/PIP from at at least October 2013.
