well finally today sent of my dla renewal form after a 3 year award. i am so stressed and worried, i managed to get a letter from my new doc as old one left, it was basic about 3 lines long so not much help. i rang my psychiatrist for a letter he had left too and i had been seeing him for years managed to talk to the new one who i have never seen he just said they will contact him if need be. not looking good at all.
