When filling in the ESA50

When filling in the ESA50 should you say for these reasons whatever they are...that you should be in the Support Group or let them decide. Who decides on the ESA50 in Atos is it a doctor or a nurse? or H.C.A?

You are perfectly entitled to state that you beleine you meet Support Group descriptors for whatever reason.

The ATOS HCP (this could be doctor, nurse, midwife or physio) will make a recommendation to DWP. It is likely that this will be 'rubber stamped' by the DWP Decision Maker.
