Will DWP consider my DLA Award and the health problems that are within this to make a decision on my IB to ESA award.
Thanks.

If your comment about being moved is the result of your having received notification from the DWP, then you will definitely be transferred, however, if it is because you are approaching your IB renewal date, then you should be aware that a significant number of IB claimants have been moved on different dates, so you may not actually be moved until 2014.Hi, i will be due this asesement shortly as my long term incapacity will be changed to ESA.

ESA and DLA are different benefits with different criteria, although there are areas of overlap, so whilst an award of DLA can be used as evidence, and may contribute to an award of ESA, it will not in itself result in an award of ESA. For example the DLA mobility test is less strict than the mobilising test for ESA, it is perfectly possible for someone to qualify for HRM and still not meet the ESA mobilising descriptor.
If you have not done so already, I would recommend you review our ESA Claim guides, see

We have heard of cases where an unsuccessful claim for DLA or ESA triggers a reassessment of the other benefit, but I don't think that is what you were asking?

Thanks Gordon,
i have my atos appointment in to go for this.
my IB was long term over 12yrs and im a bit confused what they will be assesing me for at this stage.
Is this to transfer me to ESA automatically either wrag or support group. Or worse still even try to put me on JSA.
thanks,

thanks,
Have you completed and returned an ESA50?
There are no new IB re-assessments being done, so if you are scheduled to have an assessment, it will be for ESA.
To be clear, there are no automatic transfers to ESA from IB.
