Hi

I have to go for a medical, atos phoned me up after me sending the esa form in. I have about two or more than two things that would allow me to be in support group, lose full control of bowels 3 to 4 times a week, and also mental health I am scared of people due to my past experiences in my life and the way that I am, I would be a danger to myself and others, and do not know why they have not took note of these things that would allow me to be in support group I even sent letters awaiting appointments with gastrology and psychology.

I have 14 things wrong with me. If they decide working group and I appeal would I be on same amount of money I have been and am on for long term incapacity benefit?

Or I have read somewhere that those that appeal now will be put on basic job seekers amount?

I do not know how I am going to survive I live alone will lose my home, in fact I am very bad with it all it seems to be pushing me over the edge.

I have been on Incapacity Benefit since 1993.

Being asked to an assessment does not mean that you cannot, or will not be placed into the Support Group, just that ATOS were unable to make a recommendation based on the information you supplied in and with your ESA50.

Should you only be placed in the WRAG and appeal for the Support Group, then you will continue to receive the ESA WRAG rate, in practice, as you are being transferred from IB, the amount you are paid should be at the very least, the same as what you are currently being paid, and this will continue while you appeal.

Best of luck

Gordon
