Hi Bro
There is a page on the letter dated 25 May 2012 which states that they have looked at my claim following a recent change and that from 12 April 2012 ESA will be increased to £105.05 per week. Another page gives a breakdown which stated living expenses £71.00, limited capability for work addition - extra money because you are in the support group £34.05 which gives a total income related amount of £105.05 ........... However because you are entitled to contribution-based ESA we will pay you £105.05. The amounts on this page apply from 12 April 2012 to 28 November 2012.
Hope this if of use
Nella

Nella, this comes up very often (there are many threads relating to it). The November date refers soley to DWP systems (possibly a system reminder regarding the Christmas 'bonus')and has nothing to do with when you should expect to be reassessed.

Hi A,
MHB has explained regarding the November 2012 date, purely admin purposes.
It looks very much like you are in The SG, so you therefore have Limited Capability for Work, and Limited Capability for Work Related Activity.
As you may know there is no 365 day limit whilst you remain in The SG, see :
12 Month Limit for ESA(CB)
If you wish to know the expected length of your SG award before you are reassessed, you would have to request either the ESA85 med report if you had a face to face assessment, or the ESA85A if you didn't. You can do this by phoning the office that deals with your ESA, see :
