Congratulations on the award.
Not everybody has a bad experience, infact the majority don't, although that might only be 50.1%
It's the nature of a forum like this, that the vast majority of people come here because they have a problem.

Indeed, the post office told me me it had lost the letter I had sent by recorded delivery yet the dwp replied to it. Clearly, it had been delivered but not signed for. I would like members to know that it is possible to have a positive experience.
