DLA Tribunal Won and Awarded now DLA stopped Money

As I understand it from your previous posts you have previously been warded DLA following a successful Tribunal hearing and that this award ran until April 2013, at the end of last year you received a renewal pack, which you completed and and returned to the DWP.

It would appear from your post that a Decision on your renewal has been made and unfortunately you have lost your DLA again, as this is a new Decision is supercedes the previous Tribunal Decision.

Under normal circumstances I would say that there is nothing that you can do about this, other than to appeal the Decision, but I am concerned that you may have received the renewal pack far too early, whether this is something you can pursue, I am not sure, but I would recommend that you get face to face advice from your local CAB or Welfare Rights Office.
