You are not the only one, but let's not knock it if this advice is to be more generous with the awards, although I suspect that the guide is by the same person who wrote the impact assessment.

I think it's the 'Repeatedly' factor that the key here because it states "This takes a lot out of him and for a few hours after he is unable to go more than a few steps without experiencing further severe hip pain"
Clearly a bigger brain than mine is required to explain this as mine is starting to hurt now so it's bed time!!
