Securing and presenting the ESA50 was created by MariW
As my form grows and data mounts, I suspect a completed ESA50 will be longer than the 60 pages I’d anticipated. My stable gun will not secure in excess of 60 sheets. I’m wondering whether a slim clear-covered ring binder would be an acceptable means of securing several stacks of stapled pages. Thoughts…?

There is no reason why not, you could also consider Treasury Tags.

However, whatever you use, there is still the possibility that you pack will be disassembled, so make sure that your pages are numbered, I would recommend you use a format of "page x of y".

I am embarrassed to admit that I have never used a Treasury Tag. :blush: How does it work? Does a tag pass through to punched hole approximately 8 cm apart and round the back? Are two tags used- one for each hole? What size would I need? I have seen them online but I’m mystified.

Whatever method I employ, the pages will be numbered carefully.

You pass one solid end of the treasury tag through punched holes so that there is a solid end on each side of the paperwork which is held together by the 'string' in the middle Does that make sense :blink: ?

I hardly know what to say in my defence but…no I still haven’t the foggiest! :blush: Suppose I punch two holes in sheets of A4 using a stanch paper punch. Do I pass one tag through the two holes? Or do I use a tag for each hole?

You haven't mentioned the size I need...

They are a bit of string, it is normally green (don't ask) with a metal bar at each end, they vary in length form about an inch (2.5cm) to 2 inches (5cm), as Mrs H has said, you feed one end of the tag through a hole and the metal bars stop it from falling out. You normally use one tage per hole.
