Hi ka,
The WCA, Works Capability Assessment, has nothing to do with DLA. (or PIP)
It is to do with ESA, Employment and Support Allowance.
If you are also currently in receipt of Incapacity Benefit (IB), SDA or Income Support (IS) on the grounds of incapacity, then all of these benefit recipients are being transferred over to ESA from now until Spring 2014.
If you have received a letter regarding this, stating that, "The benefit that you are getting is changing" then your migration to ESA has begun.
Being in receipt of DLA does not exempt you from this.
As the forum is closing until Monday afternoon, may I suggest that you read our :
ESA FAQ’s IB, IS, SDA, Migration to ESA FAQ’s And our :
ESA Claims Guides If you have any further queries, please repost to this topic on Monday.
