i recently received a work focused interview letter (code: JCP103T 01/13.)
it states that i'm an 'Income Support' claimant: i'm not, technically, as i'm awarded Incapacity Benefit + DLA.
have the local jobcentre made a mistake? do i have to attend?
thank you,
b.
It is possible for IB claimants to be called to a WFI, but it would be unusual.
I would contact the JC+ advisor, assuming it is on the letter, or failing that your local JC+ office for an explanation, but unless you are specifically excused (preferably in writing), then you must attend as not doing so risks you benefit be sanctioned.
