Apologies to all for my absence, caused by my house move and still waiting for a BT Landline since 1st February 2013.
Also had a spell in hospital due to my respiratory problems, but feeling much better in our new bungalow, fully equipped for my needs. BT have promised to make my new line active on 13 March, but this is the third promise they've made. !!!
My phone and broadband should have been working on the day I moved in as I ordered it in December 2012, but it's taken 6 weeks, providing my line, presuming BT keep to their word.
