I have heard about my DLA, I have been given both components at the higher rate indefinitely ....but then they did add or until the system changes (words to that effect!) So until the PIP comes in I suppose. I am 60 now and I read on here that it may not be for a couple of years, I officially get my state pension when I am 62 1/2 - only just over 2 years time and I was wondering if that would make me more likely to have to apply for PIP sooner rather than later, anyone any ideas?

Hi L,
Current guidelines given by The DWP state that all existing DLA recipients with indefinite awards will not be invited to apply for PIP until after October 2015.
