Style Of Appeal Submission

In my draft submission, I am listing the descriptors where I believe that I score points. I also believe I meet the criteria for the Support Group. Would it be good practice to specify which particular criteria I believe I meet, or is it best to state "I believe I meet the criteria for entry into the Support Group" and leave it up to the Tribunal to decide if I meet any of the criteria?
Thanks,
YT

As a matter of clarity in the submission, do you have any opinion on whether it is better to list the qualifying Support Group descriptors in a separate section, or to simply add a sentence to the text under each descriptor saying "In addition, I believe I qualify for the Support Group with this descriptor"?

Hi Yt,
Try to keep it to no more than 2 X A4 pages if possible, if more needed, then so be it.
Do a brief summary of how and why you feel that you qualify for The SG, refer to page and paragraph numbers of your medical evidence in the bundle.
List the SG Descriptors that you feel that you qualify under, again reference any medical evidence by page number.
Include any reference to case law that you may be citing.
A brief conclusion at the end.
The important issue is to keep it as brief and to the point as possible, making it easy for the Tribunal to understand which facts your appeal is based upon.

Hi Yt,
Although the link to the rightsnet thread below is for Advice Agency Reps, you may be able to pick up some useful tips from the thread, and the links therein :

Don't forget, as a layperson, the Tribunal will not be expecting a professional submission.
