I am in the support group ESA. I have just been sent an ESA50 to complete.
Could you answer the following :
1. In this situation do i go back into a '13 wk re-assessment phase' and are my benefits payments reduced or do i simply keep receiving my benefit at support group rates during this new ESA50 period ?
2. Will they look at my last ESA50 contents including any previously sent medical evidence (both last supplied in Nov 2011) when they look at my claim again or do they just consider the most current ESA50 contents and supplied medical evidence ?
thankyou

There is no assessment phase for people being reassessed while already on ESA (or for those migrationg from IB). You will continue to get your current level of ESA until and unless a decision is made to change that situation.
You should treat every ESA50 as if it were the first and not assume that DWP have access to any previous information about your condition.
