WRAG question. was created by summertrain
I know from ATOS and DWP that I don't need a face to face, and am waiting to hear whether the decision is SG or WRAG.

Jumping the gun a bit here, but problem here is that I have to go into hospital at the end of April for surgery, and the doc says there is about a 3 months recovery period. So if I'm put into WRAG how am I supposed to do WFis and so on?

What would be the procedure if I am put into the WRAG, bearing in mind I gave them an admission date on the ESA50. An appeal is obvious, but that won't save me from doing WFis when I'm incapacitated.

I would hope that the JC+ advisor, if you are placed in the WRAG, will take this into account and offer to either defer and WFIs or carry them out over the phone.
